Hi! I’m Sarah, a relational therapist based in Olympia, WA. My practice is grounded in the belief that people who are healing help heal the world. We may be a good fit for one another if you're coming to therapy to get more comfortable sharing your thoughts and feelings, reduce stress in your important relationships, and become more aware of what you want in from any important connection. Having a particular relationship in mind is a great starting point for our work - though it may not be the be the connection you spend the most time exploring in therapy.
